Clients agree to:
Provide clear and safe access to the worksite.
Ensure all pets, children, and personal property are secured away from the work area.
Obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon.
Disclose any known hazards or structural issues before work begins.
Payment terms will be specified in your individual agreement. Generally, a deposit is due before the start of work, and the remaining balance is due upon completion. Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
We provide a workmanship warranty on all roofing projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and are subject to their specific terms. Warranty details will be provided at the conclusion of your project.
Top Line Roofing Orlando is not liable for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
Delays due to weather or third-party suppliers.
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from roofing services.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Line Roofing Orlando, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of client actions, negligence, or violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our website at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms.
